Information for Workshop Participants

 
Full Day Courses: (unless otherwise stated)
Registration: 9.15am Start: 9.30am Finish: 4.30pm
 
Refreshments: Morning, afternoon tea and lunch are provided. Special dietary requirements cover vegetarian and gluten free.  
 
Fee Structure / Subsidies: Payment must be made before courses commence. The standard fee for a one-day course is $185 and a two day course is $370.
 
A 25% discount applies to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander persons if the organisation is not paying for the training.
 
The cost for the 13 week courses is $1200.
 
GST: Courses run at The Bouverie Centre for individuals are exempt from GST. Courses and consultations provided to external organisations off site attract a GST of 10%, as do workbooks.

Parking: There are limited spaces available for car parking onsite.
The use of public transport is strongly encouraged.
By Tram: Tram19 - North Coburg
Tram from Elizabeth Street, City to Stop 23
By Train: The Upfield Line from the City, to Brunswick Station,
walk west down Victoria Street about 400 metres to Gardiner Street
By Bus: No. 508, Moonee Ponds to Alphington
Disembark at Gardiner Street / Victoria Street.
 
 
 
The Bouverie Centre reserves the right to cancel courses which do not achieve minimum participation, in which case all fees will be refunded.
 
Full payment must be received at least 10 days prior to commencement of the workshop .  
Confirmation of placement on course will ony be made upon full payment of fees being received. 
Refund Policy: Cancellation 21 days or more prior to commencement of the course – full refund; 7 to 20 days prior to course commencement – 50% refund; fewer than 7 days prior to commencement of course - no refund.
 
Illness: Where an applicant produces a medical certificate, a letter of credit (less $40 per day for catering / administration costs) will be issued irrespective of when the cancellation occurs. Illness without a medical certificate will be treated under the normal refund policy.
 
Transfer / Credit Policy: Applicants who cancel 7 days or more before the course begins may send another person to the course. If this is not possible, they may transfer to another course of equal value or receive a letter of credit valid for 12 months. The original letter of credit must be produced when applying for another course. Only one transfer is possible. If a second transfer is requested, all money paid will be forfeited.

Courses are held at The Bouverie Centre unless otherwise stated. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included for whole day courses.
 
The Bouverie Centre makes every attempt to cater for those with dietary requirements. Please advise us if you are gluten or vegetarian.
 
Confirmation of enrolment and a tax invoice / receipt will be supplied for all payments received.
 
Tax invoices in advance of payments will not be issued.
