Alcohol and Other Drugs Family Therapy Mental Health

The Bouverie Centre has recently developed and launched, From Individuals to Families – A Client-Centred Framework for Involving Families, to assist services in offering a comprehensive response to the needs of families in a way that keeps the client at the centre of care. The framework addresses how services and service networks can best allocate resources to achieve this vision and provides some 'hard won' wisdom about implementing family practices. The framework focuses on adult mental health and alcohol and drug services however it is likely to be relevant to a range of settings that work with individual adults such as aged person’s mental health, general health services and disability services.
