Unless otherwise stated, all workshops run from 9.30am to 4.30pm and participants are advised to arrive at 9.15am for registration.
Complimentary morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are provided for full-day courses. We also cater for selected dietary restrictions.
Bookings are made on a “first-come, first-served” basis and can only be confirmed once payment is received. If the course or event is already fully booked, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheque, or Money Order. Your place is not confirmed without receipt of full payment.
Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively call reception on (03) 9385 5100 to discuss your options.
Registered participants unable to attend a scheduled training course who notify us (in writing) at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled event, may either:
a) transfer to a course of equal value within 12 months of the original course commencement date, without any fee or penalty; or
b) cancel their registration and receive a refund less a 35% administration fee per course.
If a participant cancels their place less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled workshop/event or fails to attend, the full price of course fee will be charged.*
* Registered participants who produce a medical certificate will be issued with a credit note for a course of equal value (less $25 per course day).
While all efforts are made to ensure professional development events proceed as scheduled, The Bouverie Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops/conferences due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an event, all fees will be refunded.
The Bouverie Centre is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangement losses resulting from a course being rescheduled or cancelled.
Credit letters are non-refundable and may only be redeemed once, within 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance will expire after this date.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, a substitute participant may attend in your place at no extra charge provided you notify us at least 1 working day prior to the start date of the course and we have received payment from you in full. Requests for substitution must be made in writing to: email@example.com.
A 25% discount applies to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander persons if the participant’s employer is not paying for the training.
